Went on a bit of a longer walk today over to one of my favorite buildings. The sun was pretty high and so was the contrast. I may try to go out earlier in the morning and photograph it in different light, but I love how the first one turned out.

Finally got into physical therapy to resolve some issues that have plagued me for the last five years when I had to stop doing long distance marathoning and cycling. Feeling better about the prospects of getting back into cycling while running probably isn't going to happen again.

With that, I took Cooper out on a longer walk today and found this weird statue!

The camera got a little update with the 2bit Toy Camera+ shell and a 5-50mm (50-500mm on the gameboy camera) lens! Close focus is such a dream with this setup and should help with the .

Took some time this morning to chill out with some coffee and mess with my custom frame. I decided to scrap adding any branding and opted for the repeating pattern instead. Overall, I think it's cute and quirky!

What do you think? Any suggestions on how I can improve it?

With it being , I thought I'd offer my extremely humble photo of the Cascade Falls in Maryland. Wider shots like this are pretty difficult to discern what's going on when the contrast is so high as well, but I hope you enjoy it, all the same.

So I've recently swapped back to digital photography, after experiencing burnout with my film camera setup. I present to you, the sub-1 megapixel beauty, the Gameboy Camera!

I'll mainly be photographing mushrooms with the setup, but I also intend to use it for day-to-day "journaling".
